About the role

The HBF Run for a Reason start line is located at the intersection of William Street and Hay Street, right in the heart of the CBD. .

The city is a buzz and with more than 38,000 people expected to come through this area, attendants play an important role in assisting participants with any questions they have and making sure they find their way into the correct start wave.

We’re after bubbly, friendly people who work well in a team. You’ll need to be a quick learner, good with directions and know the Perth CBD well. This position will involve standing for extended periods of time.

Start/Finish Time: 5.45am to 9.30am


What's involved?


Start area attendants will perform various tasks on the day, including but not limited to:

  • Welcoming and directing participants to their correct start area.
  • Directing participants to the location of various facilities (toilets, coffee/food, baggage compound, drinking water stations, first aid etc.).
