Course marshals

Become a course marshal

About the role

HBF Run for a Reason sees participants run through the CBD and surrounding areas on fully closed roads, course marshals will be positioned at various locations along the course to direct participants along the right way.

Course marshals are the eyes and ears of the event and where required, you will need to relay information back to event staff and notify participants of any issues/changes. You may also need to provide participants with basic event information e.g. location of the next toilets.

We’re after bubbly, friendly people who work well in a team. You’ll need to be proactive and quick to respond. This position will involve standing for extended periods of time.

*Please note that course marshals must be over 18 years of age*
